Egg Roll In A Bowl

1. Preheat your griddle to medium-high.
2. Cook 1 lb Ground Beef with your seasoning of choice until almost cooked through. Add 1/2 diced Red Onion and 1 micro-planed Carrot. Cook until onions are softened, about 3 minutes.
3. Add 3 cloves Minced Garlic and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add 3 cups shredded Cabbage, 1/4 cup Soy Sauce, 2 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp minced Ginger and 1/2 tsp Sugar. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until Cabbage is tender.
5. Plate over White Rice and top with Sriracha, Green Onions and Sesame Seeds.
