What you need

16 oz cream cheese

sour cream

1 ½ cup sour cream

italian seasoning

2 tbsp italian seasoning

garlic powder

1 tsp garlic powder

onion powder

1 tsp onion powder

marinara sauce

1 cup marinara sauce

mozzarella cheese

2 cup mozzarella cheese

parmesan cheese

½ cup parmesan cheese

pepperoncini peppers

½ cup pepperoncini peppers

olive

¼ cup olive

Hot honey

2 tbsp Hot honey

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to 250°F, using 2 of the burners. Add a foil pack with wood chips over the burner.
2. Score 2 blocks (16oz total) cream cheese and smoke for 2 hours.
3. To a bowl mix the 16oz Smoked Cream Cheese, 1.5 cups Sour Cream, 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, and 1 tsp Onion Powder. Mix till combined.
4. To an oiled cast iron skillet, layer the Base Mixture, Marinara Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Mini Pepperonis, and Olives.
5. Place it back in the grill and bump the heat up to 350°F, cook for 25-30 minutes.
6. Top with Italian Seasoning and Hot Honey.
7. Dive in with Garlic Butter Bread Bites.
