Hot Honey Peach Bourbon Party Ribs

1. Preheat your grill to 300f.
2. Remove the membrane from a rack of Baby Back Ribs and slice into individual ribs, season with your favorite seasoning.
3. Add to your grill and cook until around 170f internal.
4. Make Hot Honey Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce: Combine 1/2 cup Bourbon, 1/2 cup Ketchup, 1/4 cup Hot Honey, 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp Light Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika, 1 tbsp Garlic Powder, and 1 tbsp Onion Powder. Simmer 15-20 minutes and finish with 1 tbsp Butter.
5. Add the ribs to a pan with the bbq sauce and butter, cover and continue cooking until around 195f internal.
