Air Fried Al Pastor Egg Rolls w/ Pineapple & Cilantro Crema

First, prepare the Pineapple & Cilantro Crema by combining crema, cilantro, and crushed pineapple. To make the egg rolls, add Al Pastor Pork, crushed pineapple, pico de gallo, and shredded lettuce to an egg roll wrapper in that order. Wet all sides of the wrapper with water and roll it up. Spray the rolled egg roll with avocado oil. Place into an air fryer set to 370°F (188°C) for 7 minutes. Flip the egg roll and cook for another 4 minutes. Serve by dunking the egg rolls into the prepared crema and enjoy!
