Bacon Cheeseburger Jalapeño Poppers

First, make the Quick Burger Sauce: combine 1/4 cup Mayo, 1/4 cup Ketchup, 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 1 tbsp Onion Powder, 1 tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika, and 1 tsp Salt. Refrigerate the sauce. Next, cook your burger patties (or ground beef) until browned, then drain and cool slightly. To a bowl, add the cooked ground beef, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, and 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, then mix well to create the burger filling. Slice the tops off your Jalapeños and carefully stuff each one full of the burger mix. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with 2 pieces of bacon, securing the bacon with a toothpick. Place the poppers in your smoker or oven preheated to 375°F for about 25 minutes. For an extra crispy crust, you can torch them after cooking or use a broiler for a few minutes. Serve with the burger sauce for dipping and enjoy!
