Instructions

1. Make the Pulled Pork Filling by combining 2 cups of Pulled Pork, 1 cup of BBQ Sauce, and 1 cup of Shredded Cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Slice the tops off of 6 Jalapenos, then carefully remove the seeds from each. Stuff the jalapeño halves with the pulled pork filling.
3. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing the end with a toothpick.
4. Add the Jalapeño Poppers to your air fryer basket. Spray them lightly with oil and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
5. Carefully baste the Jalapeño Poppers with additional BBQ Sauce. Air fry again at 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes, being careful to prevent burning.
6. Let the poppers cool slightly, remove the toothpicks, and enjoy!
