Instructions

1. Make Filling: In a bowl, combine 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup diced roasted red bell peppers, 1/4 cup diced pepperoncinis, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. Mix well until combined. Transfer the filling to the corner of a ziplock bag.
2. Prepare Sausages: Slice 1 package of Brisket Burnt End Sausages into 1/2 inch slices.
3. Assemble Pig Shots: Wrap a piece of bacon around each sausage slice and secure with a toothpick, resembling a shot glass.
4. Cook: Fill each pig shot with the prepared cream cheese filling. Smoke or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes. For extra char, you can optionally torch the bacon after cooking.
5. Serve: Let cool slightly, then top with fresh parsley and enjoy!
