California Burrito

1. Pre-heat your grill to medium-high.
2. Prepare a Skirt Steak with your favorite binder and seasoning. The example used Melinda's Fire Roasted Jalapeño & Garlic Pepper Sauce and Big Poppa Smokers Double Secret Seasoning.
3. Grill the steak until it's slightly charred and reaches an internal temperature of around 140°F. Let the steak rest, then chop it into your preferred size.
4. To build the burrito, lay out a flour tortilla. Add the chopped skirt steak, shredded cheese, crema, avocado, pico de gallo, french fries, and hot sauce.
5. Roll up the burrito, wrap it in foil, and place it back on the grill to toast.
6. Slice and enjoy!
