Cheesesteak Sliders

First, marinate the 2 lbs Shaved Ribeye with 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar, 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, 2 tsp Salt, and 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes. Allow the meat to marinate for 1 hour. While the meat marinates, prepare the mayo by mixing 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 tsp Salt, and 1/4 tsp Black Pepper. Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat. Add the marinated Ribeye to the griddle and use spatulas to separate it. Add desired veggies (not specified in the ingredient list) to the side of the griddle. Once the meat is cooked through and the veggies are soft, combine them together. Next, add 1 lb Smoked Provolone Cheese to the meat and veggie mixture and mix until well combined and the cheese is melted. Toast the slider buns. Finally, build your cheesesteak sliders by filling the toasted buns with the cheesy meat and veggie mixture, and serve immediately.
