Instructions

First, prepare the chicken filling: combine the 1lb Yucatán Chicken Thighs, 1/4 cup Green Onions, 1/4 cup Canned Diced Petite Tomatoes, and 1/2 cup Mixed Shredded Cheese. (Note: The recipe assumes the chicken is cooked and shredded prior to mixing for the filling.) Next, spray a cupcake tin with oil. Place one Won Ton Wrapper in each cup, add a pinch of Shredded Cheese, and then place another Won Ton Wrapper on top. Spoon the chicken mixture into each prepared cup. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until the wrappers are crispy. Finally, top with Cacique Crema and additional Green Onion before serving. Enjoy!
