Chimichurri Baby Back Ribs

1. Prep your Baby Back Ribs by trimming and scoring the membrane using a sharp knife.
2. Use your favorite Hot Sauce for a binder and cover the ribs with your favorite BBQ Rub.
3. Add the ribs to a pre-heated grill at 375°F for about 2 hours or until 200°F internal temperature.
4. While the ribs cook, make the Chimichurri: Combine 1 cup chopped Parsley, 1/2 cup chopped Cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped Red Chili Peppers, 1/4 cup chopped Shallots, 1 tbsp minced Garlic, 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, 2 tbsp Lime Juice, 1 tsp Salt, 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar, and 1/2 cup Olive Oil in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate.
5. Once cooked, slice the Baby Back Ribs and coat generously with the prepared Chimichurri.
6. Enjoy!
