Grilled Beer Brats

1. Pre-heat the middle 2 burners of your 4-Burner Gas Grill to medium-high.
2. To a foil pan, add 1 stick of Butter, 1 White Onion, and 1 Green Bell Pepper. Cook until softened, then add 5 tablespoons Minced Garlic and cook another minute.
3. Add 36 ounces Guinness Draft Stout (or beer of choice), 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, 1 tablespoon Black Pepper, and Uncooked Bratwurst Sausages. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until around 150°F internal temperature, flipping halfway through.
4. Remove your Brats from the pan and add them directly to the grill grates. Cook until around 160°F internal temperature. While brats are grilling, toast your buns.
5. To build: place a Grilled Beer Brat into a Toasted Brioche Hot Dog Roll. Top with Stone Ground Mustard, the cooked Peppers & Onions mixture, and a sprinkle of Parsley.
6. Enjoy!
