Jamaican Jerk Party Ribs

1. Preheat your smoker/grill to 275f, adding @harmosgrill Texas BBQ Night BBQ Pellets.
2. Slice a rack of Baby Back Ribs into individual ribs, coat with Yellow Mustard and your Seasoning Of Choice.
3. Add to your smoker and smoke at 275f until they’re 175f internal.
4. Make Jamaican Jerk BBQ Sauce: Combine 1 cup Ketchup, 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice, 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Green Jerk Paste, 3 tbsp Spicy Jerk Paste, 1 tbsp Molasses, 1/2 Lime’s Juice, 2 tbsp Sugar, 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/2 tsp Onion Powder, and 1/4 tsp Black Pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the Ribs to a foil pan, add the Jamaican Jerk BBQ Sauce and 3 tbsp Butter.
6. Cover and cook at 300f until 200f internal.
