💥Next Level Corned Beef Sandwich💥

For the Au Jus:

1. To an Instant Pot, add 2 cups Chicken Broth, 2 tbsp Beef Better Than Bouillon, 2 minced Garlic Cloves, 1 tbsp dried Rosemary, and 1/2 cup Corned Beef Bag Juice.
2. Place a trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot and the Corned Beef Brisket on top.
3. Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 1 hour 15 minutes.
4. Remove the Corned Beef and let it cool for 10 minutes.
5. Strain the Au Jus into a bowl.

For the Russian Dressing:

1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup Mayo, 3 tbsp Ketchup, 1 tsp Horseradish, 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/4 tsp Ground Mustard, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Pepper, and 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce.

To Assemble the Sandwich:

1. Toast a Dutch Crunch Roll.
2. Spread Russian Dressing on the toasted roll.
3. Add shredded Corned Beef, Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut, and Pickles.
4. Dip the sandwich in the prepared Au Jus and enjoy!
