Old Bay Chicken Nuggets w/ Raising Cane's Sauce

1. Make your Raising Cane’s Sauce: Combine 2/3 cup Mayonnaise, 6 tbsp Ketchup, 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Salt, and 1.5 tsp Old Bay Seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
2. Cut Chicken Breast into chunks. Prepare three dredging stations: one with 2 cups Flour and 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning, another with 4 Eggs and 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning (whisked), and the third with 2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs and 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning. Dredge chicken chunks in the order: seasoned flour, then seasoned eggs, then seasoned panko bread crumbs, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
3. Add your prepared Chicken Nuggets to an air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil, and Air Fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes. Flip the nuggets, spray again with oil, and continue air frying for 2 more minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Plate the Old Bay Chicken Nuggets, dunk them in the homemade Raising Cane’s Sauce, and Enjoy!
