Philly Cheesesteak Sausage Skewers

First, cook red and green bell peppers until softened, seasoning them with your favorite All-Purpose Seasoning. Set the cooked peppers aside. Next, add your Philly Cheesesteak Sausages to skewers and grill them over hot charcoal. Once the sausages are cooked, add Provolone Cheese and the softened peppers on top of the sausages while they are still on the grill. Remove the skewers from the grill, slice the sausages with the melted cheese and peppers, and enjoy!
