Pizza Pot Pies

1. Dice 1 Green Bell Pepper, 1/2 White Onion, 1 cup Cremini Mushrooms, and 1/2 cup Black Olives.
2. Cook 1 lb Italian Sausage until cooked through.
3. Add Diced Yellow Onion, Diced Green Bell Pepper and Diced Cremini Mushrooms to the cooked sausage. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add 1 Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Packet, 24 oz Marinara Sauce, 1/2 cup Diced Black Olives, and 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Simmer until the cheese has melted. This creates your pizza filling.
5. Cut pie dough slightly larger than the dishes being used (e.g., ramekins).
6. To a Ramekin, add the Pizza Filling, top with the Pie Dough, seal the edges with a fork, and cut an X in the center of the dough.
7. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Add Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Pepperoni on top of the baked pot pies. Bake for 10 more minutes until the cheese has melted and the edges of the pie dough have browned.
9. Sprinkle with more Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning and Enjoy!
