Quick Chili

Start by softening 1 diced onion in olive oil. Add 1lb ground beef and cook until browned, then drain any excess fat. To the pan, add 8oz crushed tomatoes, 1tsp garlic powder, 1tsp onion powder, 2tbsp chili powder, 1/4tsp Applewood smoked sea salt, 1tsp pepper, 1 cup beef broth, 2tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1tbsp yellow mustard, 1tsp dark brown sugar, and 1/4tsp red pepper flakes. Stir everything together and add another cup of beef broth. Simmer for 7-10 minutes until your desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
