These Quick & Easy Party Ribs are perfect for your next cookout. Baby Back Ribs are smoked in two phases, with a butter, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce braise in between, for tender, flavorful results.
1. Start by cutting a rack of Baby Back Ribs into individual ribs.
2. Add a binder of choice (Yellow Mustard was used in this example) and season generously with your favorite BBQ Seasoning.
3. Add the seasoned ribs to your smoker and smoke at 275°F for about an hour, or until the internal temperature reaches around 160-170°F.
4. Transfer the ribs to a pan. Add 1 stick of butter (cut into tablespoon slices), a desired amount of Light Brown Sugar, and your favorite BBQ Sauce to the pan with the ribs.
5. Cover the pan and place it back into the smoker for about 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the ribs is around 195-200°F.
6. Enjoy your delicious Party Ribs!
