Instructions

1. Make Pineapple Bourbon BBQ Sauce: Combine 2 cups Ketchup, 2 cups Dark Brown Sugar, 1 cup Crushed Pineapple, 1 cup Bourbon, 2/3 cup Molasses, 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Onion Powder, and 1 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder in a pot. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, then blend until smooth and bottle.
2. Season a pack of Chicken Legs with your favorite seasoning.
3. Smoke the chicken legs at 225°F until they reach an internal temperature of around 180°F.
4. Toss the smoked chicken legs in the Pineapple Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Return them to the grill and let them tack up on all sides, being careful not to let the sauce burn.
5. Top with Fresh Lime Juice and Chopped Cilantro and Enjoy!
